When you choose a time slot with Sparkle, you are choosing a consistent weekly appointment with the same therapist whenever possible. This helps build rapport, track progress, and follow the plan of care.

Waitlist policy: if no appointment is available, Sparkle may offer a limited waitlist. Families are expected to respond quickly when a slot is offered, and declined offers may move to the next family.
How to prepare
- Have insurance, regional center, or private-pay information ready.
- Share current diagnoses, school concerns, AAC device use, and any recent evaluations.
- Know your preferred clinic, telehealth availability, and weekly time windows.
- For school services, include district, timeline, and whether the request is for an IEE, direct therapy, or compensatory hours.
