Sparkle is seeking an experienced California-licensed SLP who enjoys collaboration, mentorship, educational planning, and the careful review that supports responsible clinical services.
What you will do
- Attend virtual IEP meetings as the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to assigned therapists and clinical staff.
- Review treatment plans, progress reports, evaluations, and clinical documentation.
- Support compliance with California licensure requirements, professional ethics, IDEA, and applicable payer guidelines.
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide consultation on treatment planning, documentation, and evidence-based intervention.
- Maintain accurate supervision and compliance records.
Schedule and compensation
This is a part-time remote role for a clinician who resides in California. The current schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The position includes a guaranteed minimum of 10 paid hours per week, with additional hours possible based on company need. Compensation is $65 per hour.
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Residence within California.
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP procedures, California educational regulations, and clinical documentation requirements.
- Reliable internet access and appropriate technology for virtual meetings.
- Applicable CPR and First Aid, TB, mandated-reporter, and Live Scan clearances.
Experience we value
Two or more years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience and prior SLPA supervision are preferred. Sparkle also values school-based or outpatient experience, AAC and assistive-technology knowledge, autism and neurodiversity experience, multidisciplinary collaboration, and familiarity with California compliance and insurance documentation.
