Sparkle does not sell personal information through this website. You can still use this page to record opt-out preferences or submit a privacy request.
Online opt-out
Use the Privacy Choices button at the bottom of the site to reject optional cookies and enable the sale/share opt-out setting. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site treats it as an opt-out request where applicable.
Submit a request
To submit an access, correction, deletion, limitation, or opt-out request, email Speech@Sparklewovs.org with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include enough information for Sparkle to identify and respond to the request. Do not include urgent medical information by email.
Authorized agents
If you are submitting a request for someone else, Sparkle may need information confirming your authority to act on that person's behalf.
Children's information
Parents or legal guardians should submit requests involving minors. Sparkle does not knowingly sell personal information of children.
