The role

Consistent care in a clinic built for pediatric therapy.

Sparkle is looking for a dependable, compassionate California-licensed SLPA who enjoys helping children build useful communication skills and positive therapy experiences.

What you will do

  • Provide individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric clients.
  • Manage and maintain an assigned, consistent caseload.
  • Adapt sessions for developmental, language, articulation, AAC, sensory, and learning needs.
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members around treatment goals.
  • Complete session documentation accurately and within established timelines.
  • Support continuity of care through clear team communication.

A schedule designed for focused care

The Victorville clinic operates Tuesday through Friday for this position. The structured schedule includes built-in breaks and lunch, a maximum of seven clients per day, no report-writing responsibilities, no take-home work, and no weekends.

Qualifications

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license.
  • Current TB clearance.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current mandated-reporter training.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.

Experience we value

Pediatric experience is strongly preferred. Sparkle values clinicians who have supported developmental delays, language and articulation disorders, AAC users, autistic and neurodivergent children, and clients with behavioral, sensory, or learning needs. Experience collaborating with ABA providers is welcomed but not required.
